In the �ast two and one-half <br />year period, we have been made aware of only one meeting,not <br />involving office employees of Senator Voqnild, which was held in <br />Senator Vognild's office. <br />S9ii:h regard to committee meetings held at the Board office, <br />please be advised t11at the Legislative Committee meets once <br />per month. The meeting involves an average of six to eiaht <br />participants, and lasts for approximately ninety minutes. No <br />other committees hold regularly scheduled meetings at the <br />Board offi.ce. Meetings conducted by the Board of Directors, <br />the Executive Committee, a�;9 on behalf of the membership are <br />held at other locations.
