There were complaints <br />of flooding. bad plumbing, and structural deficiencies. <br />At tlie time of my inspection I was unable to enter all <br />apartmenta as the manager was not available. I did <br />notice in the laundry area where rain had entered through <br />the dryer vent. <br />I observed that there was no window in the bedroom of the <br />ground floor apartment. <br />Upon inspecting the outside of the premises, i noted a'Pv <br />cable wire entexing through the dryer vent. Upon reL•urning <br />to the office I contacted the manager of the apartment building <br />and was advised that I could enter all the apartments on April <br />16, 1979. On that day the City Electrical Inspector, tAelisty <br />Buildinq Inspector and myself inspected the building. <br />of corrections to be made is enclosed with this letter. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these conditione. <br />Pleas,� advise this office within ten (10) days of the action <br />you p�an to take to accomplish this.
