The area beneath the stairs is exposed and is a potential <br />fire hazard <br />9. The wall around. the bathtub in apartment 4 has been improperly <br />installed creating an unsanitary condition <br />10. The overhead area in tlie wash room on the ground floor sha11. <br />be prooerly covered with a material approved for a one hour <br />fire separation required between apartments <br />11. There appears to be water leaking from the roof into the <br />building <br />
