The Applicant evidently elected <br />to proceed without amending his building permit application. He <br />did so at his own risk with the result detailed above. <br />Any review of this matter by the Board of Adjustment under the Zoning <br />Code should� therefore� bc evaluated by the Board strictly on ita <br />merits.
