A few small trees, brush and an old portion of <br />foundation and stem wall exist at the center of the property. <br />3. The back portion of the property rises to approximately 25-30 foot above the grade <br />on Wetmore. Near total excavation of the site is proposed. <br />9.. Access is proposed via Wetmore Avenue and the alley. <br />5.
