The resolution is being sought because (1) the Building <br />Official has determined that both of these buildings are substandard and dangerous and <br />(2) you have failed to obtain permits to demolish the buildings by August 1, 1998, as you <br />indicated you would do in your letter to the Building Official dated July 16, 1998. <br />The resolution is to be presented to the Everett City Council on Wednesday, September <br />23, 1998 at 8:30 a.m. If you have any questions regarding this letter, your questions <br />should be directed to: <br />Marian G.
