MAYIIL <br />APPEAL 117-90 <br />DECISION: The adminietrative appeal of Kenneth Mayer is denied and the <br />City's refusal to process a Uae Permit Application for 3330 <br />Wetmore Avenue, Everett, Washington, is upheld. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Renneth F. Mayer, P.O. Boz 2200, Lynnwood, Waehington, 98036, (hereinafter <br />reierred to ae Appellant) appealed a City of Everett Planning Departmeat <br />refusal to proceas a Use Permit Applicatioa for property located at 3330 <br />Wetmore Avenue, Everett, Washington. The Appellant requested the City to <br />iasue a Busineao Permit to allow an office to be located at the site. The <br />City denied eaid requeat based on the fact that the property ie zoned R-4, <br />Multiple-Family, High Denaity, aod an office use ie not a ptLmttted uae except <br />where 65x or more of tt._ grosa floor area ie uaed for multiple-family <br />drrellings. <br />A hearing on the appeal wae held before the Everett Hearing Ezaminer on Auguet <br />14, 1990.
