5. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute <br />approval of these plans. <br />6. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer than 50 feet of <br />every structure. <br />7. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during <br />construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the <br />Public Works Inspector. <br />8. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public <br />Works Inspector. <br />9. Grading on this lot shall be done so as to not impact adjacent lots. <br />10. When access to or within a structure or an area is unduly difficult because of <br />secured openings or where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire- <br />fighting purposes, the Fire Department may recommend or require a key box to be <br />installed in an accessible location. A rapid entry system may also be desirable in <br />order to avoid unnecessary damage while making entry to any building during an <br />emergency situation.
