Mr. Bowman Hearing (Cont'd) <br />In the Board's discussion it was pointed out <br />for a h me occupatthat all of the eight requirementsion use must be met in order to qualify for a hone occupation. <br />The Board felt Paragraphs A and F of Section 19.44.020 of the Everett Municipal <br />Code (IUM Occupation) were not being met. <br />The one question of concern that arose from the audience was on the hours <br />of operation. It was felt the noise level should be at a minimum by 6 or 7 p.m, <br />each day. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering all the facts <br />and testimony, it was moved by Mr. xristiansen; seconded by Mr. unanimously carried to deny the applicant's request as it does nooerg <br />mand <br />all the requirements of Section 19.70.060 of the Everett Municipae <br />l Cade, <br />Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4 and to concur with the letter of April 11, 1978 <br />written by Mr. Robert Royce, the Housing Inspector, to Mr. Bowman. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Peter Van Biezen, 2204 73rd Street, <br />Everett WA 98203 for a variance from Section 19.16.030 Everett Municipal <br />Code, Minimum Lot Size and Width, for permission to construct a single family <br />dwelling on a lot with 4800 square feet rather than the code requirement of <br />5,000 square feet. AND <br />also to build on a lot with forty (40) feet width rather than the code <br />requirement of fifty (50) feet lot width. <br />legal Description: Lot 5 and the North 15 feet of Lot 6, Block 2, <br />Ohio Addition to Everett <br />Address: 2310 Cedar <br />Zoning: R-'` Single Family high Density Residence <br />Neither Mr. Van Biezen or a representative for him were present, so the <br />application for a variance could not be acted upon at this time. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Weston WilliCodeams, 2118 46th Street, <br />Everett I'M 98203, for a variance from Section 19.42.020 Everett Municipal <br />height <br />Fences, Paragraph C, for permission to construct a fence to a minimum <br />height of five (5) feet in the front yard rather than the code requirement <br />of three and one-half (3 �) feet in height. <br />Legal Description: East 25 feet of Lots 27 thru 32, Block 4, Plat of Lowell <br />Division "A" <br />Address: 2118 46th Street <br />Zoning: R-2 Single Family High Density Residence <br />Mr. Williams represented himself and mad=_ the statement that the proposed <br />fence would be of wood construction. <br />The Board members discussed the proximity of the alley to the property <br />line on the Fast and the difficulty of automobiles coming out of the alley <br />on to 46th Street trying to see around a wood fence. <br />-4- <br />-T <br />
