Description of Violation <br />The following condition constitutes a violation under Section 19.34.060 Q) of the City of <br />Everett Municipal Code. <br />34.060 - Location of off-street parking. <br />Vehicles shall not be parked in required front setback areas for single-family and <br />duplex uses, except when located upon driveways meeting the requirements of <br />subsection I of this section. <br />II. Corrective Action Required <br />The vehicle must be removed and cease use of the front yard setback of your property for <br />the purpose of parking. <br />Corrective Action must be fully completed on or before March 19, 2001.
