III. Hearin¢ <br />If you do not fully complete the corrective action by the above date, or if you wish to <br />contest the violation citation, you must appear at the hearing date set forth below. If you <br />are the owner of the property you may provide a written statement in time for <br />consideration at the hearing denying responsibility for the presence of the vehicle on your <br />land and your reasons for the denial. <br />You are scheduled to appear before the Violations Hearing Examiner on: <br />HEARING DATE: Thursday, March 22, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. at <br />LOCATION: City of Everett Violations Hearing Room <br />Wall Street Building <br />2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 8-C <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />IV. Penalty: <br />If you fail to complete the Corrective Action by the date required or appear at the <br />hearine: <br />(1) A fine will be determined by the hearing examiner in an amount up to Five <br />Hundred dollars ($500.00); and <br />(2) The City or its designated agent will remove, impound and dispose of the <br />vehicle(s), and will assess all costs of administration and removal against the <br />owner of the property upon which the vehicle(s) is/are located or otherwise <br />attempt to collect such costs from the owner(s) of the vehicle(s). <br />Also, violation of the terms of a hearing examiner's order is a misdemeanor offense. <br />If you have any questions about this violation citation or about what you must do to avoid <br />penalties, please call me at (425) 257-8680.
