'ta <br />There were others in favor of Mr. Olson's request and they <br />stated: <br />1. The alley needs improvement. <br />2. The lot is now vermin infected so there would be an <br />improvement with the lot development. <br />3. By proper planning the parking can be solved without <br />infringement of other properties. <br />j 4. If for any reason the required eight (8) parking stalls <br />cannot be accomplished for a five (5) unit apartment <br />then four (4) units will be constructed. <br />Mr. Johnson of 3515 Wetmore was opposed to :9r. O.lson's request <br />stating the lot is too small for five (5) units. <br />j Ater visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br />1 the facts and testimony, it was moved by Mr. Russell and seconded <br />by Mr. Black and unanimously carried to grant the variance <br />as it meets all the requirements of Section 19.70.060 paragraphs <br />1,2,3, and 4. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Bellevue Investments, <br />6124 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98203 for a variance from <br />Section 19.16.030, Everett Municipal Code, to allow for a reduction <br />in Lot Size for a Two Dwelling (Duplex) unit from 7500 square feet <br />to 6000 square feet. <br />Legal Description: Lots 1 & 2, Block 465, Map of Falr_o,:ers <br />Addition to Everett Division "D" <br />Address: 2201 Walnut <br />Zoning: R-2 Single Family High Density Residence <br />Lee Duce represented Bellevue Investments and stated the area is <br />zoned for a duplex and all requirements would be met. <br />There was no opposition from the audience. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering'all <br />the facts it was moved by Mr. Russell, seconded by Mr. Baird to <br />grant the variance as it meets all the requirements of Section <br />19.70.060 paragraphs 1,2,3, and 4. <br />-4- <br />
