WASHINGTON <br />This morning I went to the above address with Caroll Tollefson of the <br />Engineering Dept. and we measured the City property to see where the <br />fenced in fire hydrant sets in respect to the property line. The <br />hydrant is eleven feet from the owners property line. <br />I was told by Tollefson, of the Eng. Dept., that the Engineering Dept. <br />issued a Right of Way permit to build the fence around the hydrant. <br />While talking to Carol? this morning, I brought to his attention <br />Article 13 of the Uniform Fire Code, Sec. 13.206 "Obstructing Fire <br />Hydrants". <br />I'm turning the situation over to the Fire Dept. for any action they <br />may wish to take. <br />n&;.-� w� <br />To : X►��� <br />?
