If you wish to prevent the permits from expiring without documentation of <br />completion, you may: <br />I ) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document ccntinuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed. <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department <br />for microfilming without final approval.
