Weisz <br />3621 Wetmore Ave <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />SUBJECT: Extend permits B0302-010 and E0302-034 for work at 3621 Wetmore Ave. <br />In response to your request, we are granting a 180 day extension for the above referenced <br />permits. These permits will remain valid until November 7, 2004.
