Hire a Liceosed Washington State Electrical Contractor to complete ao <br />iospection to determioe if the whether the electrical work completed wit6out <br />beneft of permit is a hazard. <br />Upon completion of t6e above items oumber 1& 2 you must then: <br />3. Provide the City of Everett, Building Department with an assessment from a <br />Licensed Washington State Electrical Contractor no later than Februazy 21, 2003. <br />4. If the assessment revcals there is imminent danger to life and limb the entire <br />huilding will be required to be vacated immediately upon receipt of the <br />electrician's report. <br />5. The siructure will be posted with "Illegal to Occupy" notices on this date. <br />Once the immediate safety issues have been addressed, the folloN•iog correcti�•e <br />action must take place ���ithin the dates and guidelioes provided. <br />Z�3 <br />
