These <br />comments addres� building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (s�:ch as Utilides, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1991 Uniform <br />Building Cor:e, as amended by the State of Washingron and/or Washington State Energy Code <br />1991, 2nd F:dition, unless stated otherwise. <br />1.The plans submitted are incomplete. The comments that follow are general in nature and <br />may not be complete. <br />An addi;ional plan review response may be reyuired after receipt of completed plans. <br />2. Please pmvide a second floor plan including the second floor deck and entry stair. <br />3.Please clarify if this is an ezisting house raised with new units under. <br />4.Pleas: provide plarrs for the 6'z18 1/2' garage (storage7) building. <br />5. Garage (storage) building plans shall conform with Chapter 5 as follows: <br />a. Table No. 5-A for walls and opening protection. <br />6.Openings in exterior walls within three feet of property lines are not permitted. Section <br />504(b). This applies to the garage (storage?) building. <br />7.Toilets shall be located in clear space a minimum of 30 inches wide with a minimum clear <br />space of 24 inches in front of the toilet. Section 511(a). <br />8. Attic access opening (minimum 22 inches by 30 inches) shall be provided with minimum <br />clear headroom of 30 inches.
