ICE Jones&Stokes,Inc.and the City amended said agreement by Amendment NO.2 to <br /> extend the date for cempletion to June 2018 at no additional"Cost;arid <br /> WHEREAS,the City cif Everett requires additienal assistance to complete the design of the project,assist <br /> in Managing the project during construction and perform post construction documentation and <br /> monitoring;and <br /> NOW THEREFORE., the City of Everett and ICF Ion&& Stokes,Inc.agree to 'amend and modify the <br /> Agfeethent as follows:. <br /> 1. Para&aph 3 of the.Agitertient is amended to read as fellows: <br /> Time of Beginning and Completion of Performance.
