Habitable space shall have a ceiling height of not less than 7 feet 6 <br />inches, except as otherwise permitted in Section 1207 UBC. <br />Kitchens, halls, bathrooms and toilet compartments may have a ceiling <br />height of not less than 7 feet measured to this lowest projection <br />from the ceiling. <br />If any room in a building has a sloping ceiling, the prescribed <br />ceiling height for the room is required in only one half the area <br />thereof. No portion of the room measuring less than 5 feet from the <br />finished floor to the finished ceiling shall be included in any <br />computation of the minimum area thereof. <br />The bedroom does not provide the minimum required ceiling height in <br />at least one half of the room. <br />6. Receptacle outlets shall be installed so that no poin� along the <br />floor line in any wall space is more than 6 feet, measured <br />horizontally, from an outlet in [hat space, including any wall. space <br />2 feet or more in vidth. <br />9. 2x6 deck joists are overstressed. Provide detail showing how 1-hour separation betr;een dwelling units <br />is achieved. Tha asaembly detailed must have been tested by an <br />approved testing laboratory or provide test results for the proposed <br />assembly. <br />12.
