The existing plans (including the basement) indicate <br />18.79R glazing area which vou1G requice compliance <br />option VI. The maximum a1loWable U-Value of glazing <br />vould be 0,36. The minimum alloveble wall insulation <br />aould be R-21. <br />B. The glasa atea could be reduced to 12! with no other <br />changes to comply with option II. <br />C. The existing structure could be upgraded for "trade-off" <br />credits (added atCic insulation or new insulated glass <br />aindowa are common trade-offs). <br />Please see the attached form to calculate the energy <br />credils. <br />8. A 50 cfm at 2.5 ag minimum exhauct fan must be provided for <br />the revised bathroom. <br />Thia fan may also be used ae a"vhole-house" fan required by <br />the Ventilation end Indoor Air Quality Code (refer to Section <br />302.2.2). <br />S�� <br />�T7AN e -� <br />9.
