r ACTION ITEMS: (5) CB 1701-06 — 3rd and final Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance regulating For- Hire Vehicles and repealing the existing For-Hire Ordinance under Section 17. (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with BDS Planning & Urban Design to assist in renewing, expanding and creating new Business Improvement Areas in the City's Downtown, in an amount not to exceed $57,000. (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Data Licensing Contract K5881 with the Department of Licensing for Driver and Plate Search and Internet Hosting Publishing Service, at no cost to the City. (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign Service Provider Agreements with Pethealth Services (USA) Inc. and Bluefin for online pet licensing substantially in the form provided and at an estimated annual cost of no more than $10,290. (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Dykeman, Inc. (architects) to provide design and engineering services for the Evergreen Branch Library Expansion project in the form substantially provided and for an amount not to exceed $507,290.00. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Parking Management Agreement with the Downtown Everett Association (DEA) for management services at EverPark Garage, in the amount of $199,356.00 with no Washington State sales tax. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Third Amendment to Lease Agreement with Greyhound Lines, Inc. for space at Everett Station, extending the lease by five years and increasing monthly rent to $3,357.11.
