, Page 3
Gary Jessop Construction continued:
In addition to the above, aersonal note from the Conaway-Sinkler
family owners of Lot 7. Again i ve always said, give me the true
facts and I can make any decision necessary to make and without being
smart about it, Gary, in any way: if you should decide to go to the
Lot 8 sewage connection from Lot 9, we will personally go to court
over it for the simple reasons already set out in the official
Association part of the letter above.
I can't think you would do that but I have gray hair and I've
see a lot in my day; so the precautionary letter is in advance.
This right you will also find in the Articles of Incorporation.
One more personal note.
I certified a persoral letter to Mr. Spelhaug stating that we
were going to put up our authorized fence as soon after March 15, 1939
as the weather and nce company schedule could do it. The letter stated
that he should build a narrow water'way, small rock in it, between us
(Lot 7 and 8), for the run off not to go onto our Lot 7. I looked into
the legal end of it and once you bulldoze the land and take away the
natural growth you are responsible for where the excess water run-off
goes besides a time limit on either building or developing the lot or
landscaping it, etc.
2 told him that in no way would I allow any water and/or mud, or
work done on said lot to damage the fence or our property and that
it would be alot easier to take care of it then than after the fence
went in. He still owns the lot as of now and this above would certainly
apply to any future owner of said lot as far as we are concerned.
Once again, Gary, I can't believe you would do any of the things
set out here but in case you should then this again is an official
notice to you of the actin that will be taken by the Association
and us personally if necessary.
Sincerely,
oL/1,,,1 vi-GO
Dick Conaway
' , ,/
 y, %t " t' , "
a il'- T a%
  `' ,
