7.1.3 No oil drilling, oil development <br />operation, oil refininqt quarcying, mining operatious of any <br />kind shall be pecmitted upon or in any :.ot, noc shall oil <br />wells, tanks, tunnels, mineral excavations or shafts be <br />pemitted upon or in any lot. No dercick or other structure <br />designed for use in boring foc oil or natural �-s shall be <br />erected, maintained or permitted upon any lot. <br />I <br />7.1.4 No noxious or offensive activity shall be <br />carried on upon the properties or any part thereof, n�r shall <br />anyt;�ing be done or maintained thereon which may be or become <br />an an�oyance ur nuisance to the neighborhood or detract from <br />its va;ue as a,high-clasa residential die:rict. <br />7.1.5 It shall be the duty of the ow�er or <br />occupant of any building site to improve and maintain in proper <br />condition the a�ea between the property line of said building <br />site and the neareat ceitb or impcoved street, including <br />installing and maintaining packing bays within said area, and <br />no trucks (other than pickups) motor homes, campers, trailers <br />or boats shall be parAed or permitted to cemain in said area <br />unlesa screened from view from the street and adjacent <br />properties: Trucks, except pickups, motor homes, trailera or <br />boats ahall not be parked or permitted to remain in the street <br />in front of said buil3ing site. <br />7.1.6 No owner of any resider.:ial lot shall <br />pe�mit any vehicle owned by him or by any member of this family <br />or by an acquaintance, and which i.s in ar extreme state of <br />dierepair, to be abandoned o� to remain parked upon any street <br />oc lot within the existin9 property for a period in excess of <br />forty-eight (48) hours. Should any such owner or contract <br />purchaser fail to cemove such vehicle within two (2) days <br />following the date on which notice is mailed to him, the <br />Declarant or the Association may have such vehicle removed and <br />charge the expense of removal and stocage to said owner or <br />purchase� in,accordance with hthe pcovisiona of the immediately <br />preceding paragraph.
