7.1.3 No oil drilling, oil development operation, oil refininqt quarcying, mining operatious of any kind shall be pecmitted upon or in any :.ot, noc shall oil wells, tanks, tunnels, mineral excavations or shafts be pemitted upon or in any lot. Should any such owner or contract purchaser fail to cemove such vehicle within two (2) days following the date on which notice is mailed to him, the Declarant or the Association may have such vehicle removed and charge the expense of removal and stocage to said owner or purchase� in,accordance with hthe pcovisiona of the immediately preceding paragraph.
