Architectura� Control Committee: The Board of <br />Directora c� Larimer Ridge Home Owners' Aasociation ehall <br />appoint an Acchitectural Control Committee of thcee (3) or more <br />peraons, who need not be membere of the Association, which <br />Committee may act for the Board to the extent set forth in this <br />Declaration. One member of the Architectural Control Committee <br />shall be appointed for one yearf the second member for two <br />yea�et the third member, for three years. Theceafter, members <br />of the Architectural Control Committee shall be appointed or <br />selected for three (3)-year terms. A majority of the Committee <br />may'designate a repreaentative to act for it. In the event of <br />death`'•or reaignation of any member of the Committee, the <br />remaining members shall' have full authority to designate a <br />auccessor.
