The existing residence will be used for a rental unit and <br /> • a duplex will he constructed on the rear lot. <br /> There was no further comment from the audience. <br /> After visually viewing the subject property and consider+.ng all <br /> the facts and testimony it was moved by Mr. Wilson seconded by <br /> Mr. Zook and unanimously carried to grant the applicants request <br /> as it meets all the requirements of Section 19.70. 060 of the Everett <br /> Municipal Code Paragraphs 1, 2, 3 , & 4. <br /> As a condition to the granting of the variance the following <br /> stipulation was made: <br /> 1. Prior to the issuance uf any type of permit for the newly <br /> created rear lot (lot B) an inspection shall be made of <br /> the existing residential structure on the front lot (lot A) <br /> for compliance tvith all applicable codes and any necessary <br /> corrections that are required shall be completed, inspected, <br /> and signed off by the City of Everett Suilding Department. <br /> Mr. Russell then explained to Mr. Crabb that the above conditions <br /> meant an inspection o£ the existing house prior to the issuance <br /> of any building permit on the rear lot so that the front house, <br /> if anything is necessary to bring it up to code that the work be <br /> done prior to a building permit being issued to the rear lot. • <br /> Also the drainage plan for the rear lot must be suUmitL-ed prior <br /> to the short plat being issued and approved by the City Engineering <br /> Departme�t. <br /> On motion the meeting adjourned at 9 :50 P.D1. <br /> �.,�. c,�� <br /> Ken Callahan, Secretary <br /> IIoard of Adjustment . <br /> � , . <br />
