Comprehensivc Plan -Whether the proposed Binding Site Plan, site plan and other required <br /> application information proposed for development relate to all elements of the comprehensive <br /> plan. <br /> Findin s� The Everett Comprehensive Plan designates this area as 5.4, Office and Industriai Park. <br /> The Comprehensive Plan contains policies for Office and Industrial Park lands that are intended to <br /> promote transit use and access and to minimize impacts on surtounding land uses. In addition the <br /> SW Everett Mitigation Decision document includes conditions that implement these <br /> Comprehensive Plan Policies. Approval of the Binding Site Plan is subject to compliance with <br /> the development regulatio7s in the Zoning Code, and the SW Everett Mitigation Decision <br /> Document. <br /> Conclusions: The proposed Binding Site Plan is consistent with the Everett General Plan. <br /> Individual developments will be required to comply with the Zoning Code and SW Evereti <br /> Mitigation Decision Document. <br /> �Q <br />
