Since the site is not hydraulically neaz a sediment/erosion sensitive feature and the total
score is greater than 100 points, the seasonal limitation period for land alteration activities is
limited to a time from February l to November 1. The Seasonal Limitations Rating Checklist is
' shown as Table I.
The existing site is a gravel pit in which portions of the site aze being mined while other portions
aze being reclaimed. CSR Associated will provide FSA with a near level site at approximate
subgrade elevation so there are no steep slopes or natural vegetation buffers.
IThe following Erosion and Sediment Control BMPs aze shown on tne Erosion Convol Plan:
• Temporary silt fence according to City Standazd Plan 205A around the north, west, and south
f property lines.
l
.
