The proposed landscape plan compensates for elimination of a portion of the landscaping along Hazdeson '� Road adjacent to several existing utility facilities by the provision af additional evergreen landscaping behind the utilities and shrubs at each end of the utilities. Fifteen feet of Typc I landscaping is proposed � along the southerly interior property line where a significant topographic difference would make the fence ineffective. By the time the property south of this groiect is regraded and developed the evergreen plantings should provide superior screening from the t[uck loading and maneuvering area.
