We noted that this building is now proposed to include restaurent space. During the <br /> SEPA/Planned Adimi review, the building was represented as a mtail building. The number of parking spaces required <br /> was based on Building 1 containing A,451 square feet of retail space and I3uilding 2 containing 2,938 square feet of <br /> restaurant space. Please note that the parking mquiren ents for these two uses are substantially different(one per <br /> 300 square fcet for retail vs.one per 100 squam feet (or res[aurant).
