Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be <br /> submitted to the Public Works Departrnent, showing site parking layout, landscaping, <br /> utilities,storm drainage,temporary construcHon erosion control,and all required <br /> improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Depamnent approval of these <br /> drawings is required prior to any pemvts being issued. All improvements shall be <br /> completed and approved warranted before the Occupancy Peanit is issued/final approval <br /> is granted. <br /> 2. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 3. Lack of comment on the plans submined with the application does not constitute <br /> approval of these plans. <br /> 4. City sh�eets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during <br /> construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public <br /> Works Inspector. <br /> 5. The 100 year flood evlevation is 435.36(NAVD 1988). Therefore, the finished floor <br /> elevation of the residence must be at 43736(NAVD 1988)or greater(2 ft more than the <br /> 100 year flood elevation). The 100 year flood elevation must be clearly shown on the <br /> building plans and all inundation intolerant improvements should be constructed above <br /> this elevation. <br /> 6. Erosion control must be in place prior to beginning any construcdon on the lot. <br /> 7.
