FINDINGS OF FACTS ' 1�1 l. The Applicant requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit to co¢struct a 100 bed shelter for si¢gle homeless men and a day center to serve homeless and low income me¢, aomen, and children. The proposed =1�� building will. be a three-story, 21,000 square foot structure that will be located at 3711 Smith Street, Everett, Washiagton. 2. The existing 13Ad use of the sub3ect property is a vacant lot. The lot _� size is approximately 120 feet by 134 feet. The sub,ject property is zoned C-2. The properties to the north, east, south, and west of [he - � subject property are also zoned C-2. . 3. The Compretensive Plan designates tlie subject property as Light Industry.
