It is the intent of the Applicant <br /> � ._�1 to move the opera[ion to the subjecc property i❑ order to provlde <br /> `� additional services for the homeless and low income men, women, and <br /> childreu. <br /> • 8. The services to be pro•�ided include oecessary survival services for the <br /> j �� individuals served. It is the in[ent of [he Applicant Co provide these <br /> services to assist those in need to retum to a productive life within <br /> our soclety. <br /> �1� 9. The proposed building will have three floots. The dormi[ory on Chc <br /> third floor :rill include 100 shelter beds for [he single homele�s men. <br /> A separate area will be segrega[ed for the elderly clients. A day <br /> center multi-purpose room will be provided on the second story of the <br /> �1�� building. In this room there will be places for reading, recreation, <br /> � and socialization. The main floor c+ill have professiooal office space <br /> I that will provide five professional offices. Three of the offices will <br /> be deslguated Eor the s[aff and two offices will be used by men[al <br /> I �1=� health services and medical providers. There will also be a medical <br /> � examination room for medical treatment [hat wi11 be provided on-site. <br /> There will also be a kitchen-dining area Nhich rrill pcovide room for up <br /> to 100 individuals to be served food at the site. A co�ercial <br /> Washer/d=yer room will be provided in [he basement along with shovers <br /> and bathrooms. There will also be an our.door enclosed area that will <br /> have limited access. <br />
