No opposition rras submitted in writing for the proposal. <br /> I � <br /> 9 The Planning Department of the City of Evcrec[ received letters dated <br /> �� Oc[ober 11, 1991, and Octobcr 16, 1991, from an attorney, J. Robert <br /> Leach. In these letters Mr. Leach indicated that his clien[, eho was <br /> � unidentified, was not able to obtain additional information concerning <br /> � the pronosed modifica[ion other [han the information set forth in the <br /> I �� notice. The permit was issued for the purpose of constructing a 100 <br /> bed shelter for single homeless oen and a day center for homeless low <br /> income men, women, and children. <br /> 2. �n October 15, 1991, [he Executive Dlrector of the Appiicant's operation <br /> requested a modificatron of the pexmie. The lfearing lixaminer of the <br /> City of Everett scheduled a public hearing for October 31, 1991. <br />
