With <br /> regard to item three, we have agreed to reviae the parking lay-out and <br /> to provide a minimum ot thirteen parking stalls that meet appraved <br /> City design standards. With regard to item aix, ve have ngreed that <br /> a storto detention syetem is nat required, but that we vill provide <br /> � drawings of a surface collection system which will connect directly to <br /> the storm drain. Item eight has been clarified to indicate that the <br /> improvements requested wi11 be providec', only for the alley frontage assoc- <br /> iated with the pro,jact, i.e. , one hundred (100) feet.
