High-Piled Storage - Buildings containing high-piled combustible storage shall be in accordance <br /> with Articie 81 of the 1997 Uniform Fire Code and Articles 81-1 and 81-2 of the 1997 Uniform Fire <br /> Code Standards. A Fire Department permit is required for high-piled storage. <br /> 9. Trash Collection - Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yards capacity shall be located a minimum of 5 feet <br /> from the building [UFC 1103.2.2, 1997 Edition]. <br /> 10. Placement and screening of refuse disposal areas must be provided per Section 39.080 of the <br /> 7_oning Code as follows: <br /> a. Garbage receptacles, dumpsters, and recycle bins snall be provided in ��II multiple family, <br /> commercial, industrial, and institutional developments and shall not be located in a <br /> required front yard setback area, or street side setback area for comer lots. Where an <br /> alley abuts a lot, the garbage receptacles, dumpster, or,-ecycle bin shall be located <br /> adjacent to the alley. <br /> b. All garbage dumpsters and recycle bins must be screened from view from the street and <br /> from adjacent properties. This screening may be done using dense vegetation or by <br /> placing the dumpster or recycle bin in a structural enclosure. <br /> c. For specifics on design of refuse and recycling facilities, contact Rubatino Refuse <br /> Removal, Inc. at 259-0044 for areas generally north of 112th Street. For areas east of I-5 <br /> from Valley View south, contact Waste Management Northwest, Inc. at 337-1197. <br /> 11. A minimum of 19 parking stalls are required on site. The new proposal requires 3 parking stalls (1 <br /> per S00 square feet of manufacturing space); the er�sting structure was required a total of 16 <br /> parking stalls to be provided on site (13 stalls for SEPA#80-078 and '3 stalls for SEPA#88-131). <br /> 12. Parking must r,e per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction Standards for <br /> Development. <br /> 13. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with City <br /> Design and Consiruction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing <br /> site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, <br /> and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of <br /> these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shail be <br /> completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is <br /> granted. <br /> 14.
