Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and <br /> determine estimated charges prior to building pertnit application. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will 5e required to be submitted per <br /> City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Levelopment. <br /> 22. There appears to be an existing temporary structure built in the location of the proposed structure. <br /> This structure will need to be removed prior to the construction of the new structure.
