Any gradir�g/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. 17. This proje:t must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler Ordinance. Permits are required. 18. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent re��ision are applicable. These charges are based on projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to building pertnit application. The actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the information on the approved plans at the time of building pertnit issuance. 19. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of these plans. 20. City streets and alleys are to be kepl clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. 21. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will 5e required to be submitted per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Levelopment. 22. There appears to be an existing temporary structure built in the location of the proposed structure. This structure will need to be removed prior to the construction of the new structure.
