Any gradir�g/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 17. This proje:t must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> Permits are required. <br /> 18. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinance <br /> 1998-94 and subsequent re��ision are applicable. These charges are based on projected water <br /> usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and <br /> determine estimated charges prior to building pertnit application. The actual charges shall be <br /> computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according <br /> to the information on the approved plans at the time of building pertnit issuance. <br /> 19. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of these <br /> plans. <br /> 20. City streets and alleys are to be kepl clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust <br /> suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 21. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will 5e required to be submitted per <br /> City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Levelopment. <br /> 22. There appears to be an existing temporary structure built in the location of the proposed structure. <br /> This structure will need to be removed prior to the construction of the new structure. This <br /> structure may not be relocated on site unless an approved building pertnit and land use approval <br /> are obtained from the City. <br /> 4/� <br />
