Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies) 2. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided so that they are not visible from adjacent properties or public rights-of-way, The disposal areas must be shown on the site plan submitted for building permits. (SEPA Aesthetics Policies) FIITIGATION REQUIRED BY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES 1. Full standard street improvements are required to the north side of 39th Street on the proposal�s full frontage, including curb, gutter, sidewalk, and drainage control per Ordinance 555-78 as amended. (SEPA Transportation Policies) 2. Installation of sidewalk behind the existing curb on Smith Street is required, including a wheelchair ramp at the intersection per Ordinance 555-78 as amended.
