C ' <br /> d. Prior to issuance of any permits, landscaping plans must be re�iewed and approved <br /> by the Planning Department per Section 35.100 of the Zoning Code. The <br /> landscaping plan must show location and dimensions of required vegetated swales, <br /> wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining wal(s, and grading at 2-foot <br /> intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in alllandscaped areas per Section <br /> 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2-year maintenance assurance device must be <br /> provided for the landscaping per Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br /> 18. Access is O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br /> 19. When access to or within a structure is unduly difficult because of secured openings or <br /> where immediate access for life saving or fire-fighting purposes, the Fire Department <br /> may recommend or require a key box to be installed in an accessible location. A rapid <br /> entry system may also be desirable in order to avoid unnecessary damage while making <br /> entry to any building during an emergency situation. <br /> Please call (425) 257-8123 for further information. <br /> 20. Premise Identification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the <br /> street entry. Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the <br /> access road. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but no closer th2n 50 feet of every <br /> structure. Location of hydrant(s) shall be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br /> 22. Based upon the 5,989 square feet of Type V-N, non-sprinklered construction the fire <br /> flow requirement !< ?,000 gpm. <br /> 23. Portable Fire Prorection - A hazard assessment of resident processes and materials will <br /> determine type and distribution of portable fire extinguishers. The minimum coverage I <br /> required for a light- or low-hazard occupancy is a portable extinguisher with a minimum <br /> U.L. rating of 2-A:10-B:C provided within 75 feet of travel on all floors of each <br /> building during construction and prior to occupancy. <br /> 2d. Pire Alarm Sysrem - An approved automatic fire detection system shall be provid�d as <br /> required by City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chaprer 16.76, nf the Eve,ett Municipal Code. � <br /> Plans far such system shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and approval I <br /> prior to installation. Submittal shall include cut sheets of all equipment intended for use. <br /> Appropriate trip tests, witnessed by a Fire Department inspector, shall be performed. <br /> along with a certificare of completion, prior ro final acceptance of the sysrem. <br /> Fire alarm systems shall be installed according to NFPA Standard 72. � <br /> � <br />
