Box 1947 <br />Everett, WA 98206 <br />Subject: 3901 Smith, klissing Fire Hydrant <br />Dear Mr. Scharnikow: <br />everett <br />�e <br />In regards to this department's discussions with you and the installation of the fire <br />hydrant which was a portion of work required for Right -of -Way Permit 79/398 and <br />Building Permit 6980. <br />The hydrant was a stipulation of your permit and you have sole responsibility of the <br />installation. The installation of said hydrant is long overdue and the numerous <br />discussions beginning in January have brought no action on the actual construction of <br />this hydrant. <br />If installation of the hydrant is not underway within 30 days, this matter will be <br />forwarded to the City Attorney and Fire department for further action. <br />Sincerely, <br />ALFRED R.
