Compliance with all conditions of SEPA q97-67 (Exhibit 3) issued <br /> September 11, 1987, as modified by Addendum dated July l0, 1989, <br /> is required as follows: <br /> 1 ) That the project be developed according to the revised plans <br /> dated June 22, 1989, and attached as Attachment B and C of <br /> SMA N4-89. <br /> 2) That all outside dike faces shall be hydroseeded and that all <br /> other vegetation disturbed during construction is replaced in <br /> kind. <br /> 3 ) Detailed landscaping plans shall be reviewed and approved by <br /> the Planning Department prior to issuance of any buildinq <br /> permits showing planting details around all proposed build- <br /> ings, the hydroseed mixture proposed for the outside dike <br /> face and the general treatment proposal for other areas dis- <br /> turbed during construction. <br /> 4) All utility services provided for the park shall be <br /> undergrounded. <br /> 5) Beyond fifteen (5) feet from any structure the fill shall be <br /> no lower than one (1) foot below the requlatory flood protec- <br /> tion elevation. <br /> 6) The fill shall be two (2) above the regulatory flood protec- <br /> tion elevation for a distance of fifteen feet beyond all <br /> structures in any direction. <br /> 7) That the first floor of all structures shall be two feet <br /> above the regulatory flood protection elevation of 11 feet. <br /> (NGVD 1929) - <br /> 8) Compliance with Federal Regulations Title 24 (CFR) Section <br /> 60.3 is required.
