Riparian veqetation and instream organic <br /> debris should be left undisturbed wherever possible. <br /> 20) Detailed drawings tn accordance with City design and <br /> construction standards shall be submitted to the Public Works <br /> Depart:aent showinq site parking layout, utilities, storm <br /> drainage, temporary con�truction erosion control, and all re- <br /> quired improvements in the public right of way. Public Works <br /> Department approval of these drawings is required prior to <br /> any permits being issued. All improvements shall be com- <br /> pleted, approved and warranted before the occupancy Permit is <br /> issued. <br /> 21) The Parks Department will provide a gate system on Ross Av- <br /> enue to control access to the park. <br /> 22) Special charges for connection to sewer system in accordance <br /> with Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. The actual cost shall <br /> be computed by the Building Division per the ordinance in ef- <br /> fect at the time and according to the information provided on <br /> the approved plans on the date of permit issuance. <br /> ' 23) Interim water and sewer service for this site will be pro- <br /> ' vided to adequately service this site.
