SMA q8-87 permitted construc- <br /> tion of the Phase 1 improvements and SMA #1-89 permitted fill of <br /> areas to be developed in Phase 2 under SMA �/4-89. A fourth <br /> shoreline permit will be obtained for the final development in <br /> Phase 3. <br /> REVISED CONDiTIONS: With the following mitigation measures the <br /> proposal will not have any significant adverse impacts. All <br /> other conditions in Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance <br /> No. 97-87 dated September 11, 1987, must be met by the Appli- <br /> cant. <br />
