Condition No. 1 which required that the project be developed <br /> according to the site plan attached as Exhibit 7 is modified to <br /> read as follows: <br /> "That the project be developed according to the revised plans <br /> dated June 22, 1989, and attached as Exhibits 2 a:�d "s of SMA <br /> ,y4-89." <br /> Condition 15 which read "A signage plan will be provided by the <br /> applicant prior to Planning Commission approval of this project" <br /> is modified to read as follows: <br /> "A sign plan must be submitted to the Planning Department for <br /> review and approval prior to ;installing any signs to assure <br /> compliance with the Shoreline Master Program sign regulations." <br /> Condition No. 17 is modified to read as follows since the <br /> Sanitary Code was modifi.ed in December of 1988 to eliminate the <br /> need for a permit: <br /> "Prior to construction, plans and specifications must be submit- <br /> ted to the Snohomish Health District for review and approval." <br /> Condition No. 21 which required that Ross Avenue within River- <br /> front Park be vacated at the time the City acquires the DNR site <br /> is modified to read as follows since it has been found that the <br /> City cannot legally vacate the public road since doing so would <br /> landlock another property that uses the road for access. <br /> "The Parks Department will pro��ide a gate system on Ross Avenue <br /> to control access to the park." <br /> Condition No. 27 has been added as follows: <br /> "Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not <br /> impact the surrounding properties and grass-lined swales <br /> are required per City Design and Construction Standards" . <br /> LEAD ?.GENCY; City of Everett <br /> CONT?,CT PERSON: Pearl Maddy (206-259-8731) <br />
