I do have a <br /> � memo in my file which lists the comments and our response to them. Theo has <br /> reviewed many of the issues with Public Works in regard to projec:t phasing and <br /> our inability to accompiish all of their requested improvements within the <br /> scope of this project. Following is a list of their comments and our response: <br /> I . GENERAL <br /> A. Inspect and possibly replace tidegates where construction or <br /> improvements overlay existing island drains. <br /> Response: Not within project scope, per Theo Mittet. <br /> B. Inspect island drains prior to contract and replace if necessary <br /> during construction, wherever improvements overlay existing island <br /> drains. <br /> Response: Not within project scope, per Theo Mittet. <br /> C. Bike path should extend tc Public Works trail . <br /> Response: The master plan provides for this connection, however it is <br /> not within the project scope to provide that connection per Theo Mittet. <br /> D. Where is the salvaged metal building from the WWTP to be relocated? <br /> Response: lt will be located in the same general area just east of I-5, <br /> as is shown for the maincenance building, on the Langus Riverfront Park <br /> master pian. <br /> E. Add north arrow roadway names and label river on all plan sheets. <br /> Response: Will comply. <br /> F. Locate known existing utilities on plans. <br /> Response: Will comply. <br />
