A revised landscaping plan showing at a minimum Type III land- <br /> scaping for the Phase II construction areas. The remainder of <br /> the site that has been graded or filled is to be hydroseeded. The <br /> landscaping plans should show any areas of natural vegetation <br /> that will be left in lieu of new plan[ings. (The time frame for <br /> landscaping and hydroseeding should be stated on the plans. ) <br /> 2. A revised plan for the parking area adjacent to the fishing pier <br /> showing an approximately ten foot wide landscaped area (final di- <br /> mensions to be determined after meeting with Ed McCloud) between <br /> the parking area an3 the pedestrian/bike path. <br /> In addition, a narrative for the file shall be submitted to the Plart- <br /> ning Department justifying the number of stalls in the parking area <br /> adjacent to the fishing pier in light of the Planning Commission di- <br /> rection to reevaluate the number of stalls needed to provide access <br /> for handicapped persons. <br /> A separate letter should also be submitted requestinq a revision to <br /> Shoreline Permit SMA #8-$7 to allow relocation of a portion of Ross <br /> Avenue around the boat house and to remove the requirement that Ross <br /> Avenue be vacated. �L <br /> I`�'i <br /> cc: Larry Crawford <br /> Paul Roberts <br />
