To my understandinq Carol Tollefsen has <br />insyected end approved the uork. The remaining vork is the final <br />adjustmant of valve covers, etc. to match the paving. At present <br />approximataly one third of the s;':e is paved and the rock base is <br />down on another 40t of the project (it mny be paved by the time you <br />receive the letter.) <br />In April of ti�is year you released 501 of thz $226,803.30 in the <br />set asida. at this time va are requesting that you ralease an <br />additional 560,000 of the set aside. <br />Please confirm your agreement vith the terme and conditione of this <br />lal:ter by eigning vhare indicated and returning a copy to us.
