A copy o( thc <br />Assigntnent of Funds to the City of Everett is enclosed for your reference. During <br />consdvetion, releases were approved by your department hased on the progress o( the work <br />performed, however, a final rclease was not provided by your o1Tce. <br />Since 100% of ihe site work and utilities required for the Walden Pond Apartmen[ project <br />have been installed per Ciry of Everelt standards and approved by the Public Works <br />Deparlment, we rcquest your awhorizalion to allow us to rclease all remaining Tunds assigned <br />to the City of Everctt. <br />Please confirm your agreement with the �erms and conditions of this Ietter by signing wherc <br />indicated and returning a copy or facsimile ro us.
