Th1s <br />zone in accordance with the City of Everett Zoning Code does not <br />permit duplexes. - <br />Since that time the Building Inspection Division has received two <br />more complaints concerning the use of your home as a duplex. <br />Since the present use of your residence is in violation of the <br />Zoning Code, the use of the residence shall return to the use uf a <br />single family residence. <br />Failure to comply with the requirements of this letter will result <br />in the city taking furt.her actior�. <br />Please advise this office within five �ays of your receipt of this <br />letter as to the action you plan to take to remedy these conditions. <br />You may call the Building Inspection Division at 259-8745 Monday <br />through Friday except holidays. <br />Yours truly, <br />ALFRED R.
