To: File <br />From: �arian Dr.nt <br />Date: June 3, i985 <br />Subject: 5011 St�erry Iane; duplex <br />Yl'i <br />Helen Norgaard came to the office today in response to the letter dated <br />Dhy 24, 1985 which was sent to her father who is owner of 5011 Sperry <br />Iane. <br />Ms. Norgaard indicated that her father was quite ill today, he is 85 <br />years old, aiid she indicated that should his illness be caused from being <br />upset over this situation, she was going to be very upset and might be <br />forced to do sanething abwt it. <br />I.arry Callahan advised Dts. Norgaard that the structure located at 5011 <br />Sperry Lane was in an R-1 zone and could not be converted into a duplex. <br />He iraiicated that the family occupyit�g the living quarters in the base- <br />ment would have to move out. Dfs. Norgaard indicated that she could not <br />understand why her father's house could not be a duplex when there were <br />other< situated just behind his. 97e <howed her the zoning map ard ex- <br />plained the zones to her. <br />Ms. Norgaard said slie had it figured out as to who made the canplaints <br />about this matter. She said that if her father had to mwe she would <br />rent the house to a group of young males and they would play havoc <br />in the neighborhood. <br />Larry told hL�, Norgaard that he would be requesting me to sen3 a letter <br />to her father stating that the tenants would have to mov� out within <br />30 days. <br />I asked Ms. Norgaard if she wanted the 30-day notice to her father sent <br />in care of her and she said yes. She then gave me her home address and <br />her busir.ess card fron Advance Properties. She is a real estate agent. <br />
