Norgaard that your residence <br />located at 5011 Sperry Lane is situated in an R-1 zone and does not meet <br />the City of Everett ?one Code requirements for a duplex. There can only <br />be one family residing at the residence. <br />Within 30 days of your receipt of this notice, the dual occupancy of the <br />structure must confoim with the requirements of the City o`.
